Our story begins at Rookie Farmers, our fifth-generation Central Minnesota family farm, where we grow all of the crops we bring to Green Fox for processing. We then turn those crops into products across multiple markets – including farm-to-table food ingredients, animal products, consumer packaged goods and fiber-based building materials.
