At Shop State Made, all paid listings are subscription-based and provide immediate access to platform features. By purchasing a listing, you agree to the following refund terms.
1. No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees
- Partial billing periods
Once a payment is processed, it will not be refunded.
2. Subscription Billing
Listings are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
- Your payment method will be charged automatically unless canceled in advance
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel:
- Log in to your account on Shop State Made
- Go to your Account Dashboard
- Navigate to My Subscriptions or Billing
- Select your active subscription
- Click Cancel

4. Cancellation Timing
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to your listing features until the end of that period
- Your listing may be downgraded or removed after your subscription expires
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Your listing may be downgraded or suspended
- We may attempt to retry the payment
Continued failure to complete payment may result in removal of your listing.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical errors caused by our system
All such requests are reviewed at our sole discretion.
