We are a family run bakery in Cold Spring Minnesota. We were established in 1946 by Mel Schurman, passed down to Dale Schurman and now passing to Andria Schurman. We make all kinds of bakery products, bread, cakes, buns, cookies, donuts, pies, and other sweet treats. We have a second location in Waite Park Minnesota, Cold Spring Bakery Connection.
