Homestead Honey Farm is a family-owned honey farm in southeastern Minnesota with more than 50 years of beekeeping experience. Bob and Bette Behlke started the farm in 1972, and their son Corey now runs the business with his family and team. Today, Homestead Apiaries manages thousands of hives and produces 100% pure Minnesota raw honey.
The bees gather nectar from wildflowers, native prairie, flowering trees, and basswood forests throughout southern Minnesota. The honey is kept raw and handled with care to preserve its natural flavor, texture, and character. The farm also works with local landowners to provide places for its hives and support pollination across the region.
