Brainstorm Bakery is a family-owned bakery in Ely, Minnesota, founded by Brian and Andrea Strom. The business started in 2007 with a homemade cranberry apple granola recipe called Crapola!, first made on a wood-fired cook stove at their off-grid homestead. What started at a local farmers market grew into a full-time business offering granola and other baked products.
