Celebrate Cedar Coffee Company’s 10th anniversary with this special East Java Mt. Ijen Natural coffee. Grown in the Besoeki region around Mount Ijen at elevations of 1,000 to 1,800 meters, these Arabica beans come from nearly 400 smallholder farmers working with Kevenka.

The coffee is naturally processed, with ripe cherries carefully sorted before being dried for 11 to 13 days. The result is a thoughtfully produced coffee that highlights the character of East Java and the work of the farmers behind every batch.
