Since 1940, the Stittsworth family has believed great smoked meats take time, care, and real wood smoke. What began with Willie Stittsworth’s butcher shop in Ankeny, Iowa, grew into a family tradition built on quality and no shortcuts.

In 1993, Corey and Clay Stittsworth purchased Nymore Food Mart in Bemidji, creating an old-fashioned meat market and developing their now-famous brat recipe. In 2010, Mychal Stittsworth took over, expanding the business with farm-to-table processing and the Stittsworth Smokehouse.

Today, Stittsworth products are found in 2,500+ stores, with 28 team members producing 100,000+ pounds of locally sourced products each month all while keeping the original recipes and traditions alive.
